Orthopaedics PC provides services to Northwest Iowa communities at Spencer Hospital, Avera Holy Family Hospital, and Palo Alto County Hospital as well as our main clinic site in Spencer, Iowa, just south of the Iowa Great Lakes, at 20 West 6th St.  It employs an orthopaedic surgeon, physician assistant, and support staff in clinical and surgical services.

Orthopaedist Alexander Pruitt, MD, is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons.  With over 15 years of experience in orthopaedic conditions, causes and treatments, as well as practice locations and facilities that offer state of the art technologies and services, our physician and staff commit themselves to the communities we serve. Dr. Pruitt has dedicated his career to helping people get back to normal daily living and the activities they enjoy the most.  Orthopedic medicine uses medical, physical, and surgical methods to restore function lost as a result of injury or disease in bones, joints, muscles, tendons, and ligaments.
